Four hole cards are dealt to every player.
First betting round. The player on the left of the
player who posted the big blind acts first. For the
first 2 rounds, the lower limit of the stakes is used,
e.g., if the stakes are $4/$8, then the bets would be

Three cards are dealt face-up in the middle of the board
Second betting round. Betting for all rounds after the
first one begins with the player to the left of the
button (the player who posted the small blind).
One more community card is dealt face-up.
Third betting round. This time the bets are made in
increments of the higher limit of the stakes, so in the
above example, players would make bets and raises of $8.
A fifth and final card is dealt face-up.
Fourth betting round. Again the higher limit amount is
used for bets.

players (if there is more that one player remaining who
hasn't folded) must show their cards to see who wins the

The player that was called last must show their cards
first and then the remaining players, in subsequent
order, have the option to fold or show their cards. In
the event that 2 or more players have equal high hands
the pot is split between the players.
