Keno Odds
�
The
payouts of Keno
games vary at different Casinos. Percentage is derived
from taking the total possible payouts from the
literature supplied by the operator and dividing it into
the total possible combinations multiplied by the size
of the required bet. Games occur every five minutes
unless otherwise specified.
Way
tickets, which cover multiple plays confined to a single
number of spots, will almost always pay out in the same
ratios and percentages as the regular game for that
Casino. They are not always covered but where so
percentages may differ.
It
is a fact of life that Casino revenue is generally
computed as a factor of profit generated per square foot
of floor space. Consequently, slot machines can return
94%-98% of money invested without damaging casino
profits. Keno games
and lounges generally require a larger amount of floor
space as well as a higher number of employees and, as a
consequence, offer lower payout percentages.
Online
Casinos don't have to offer this so the payout
percentages are higher,
but the opportunity for rigging a draw at the shadier
places are easier without direct observation.
